With a state record possibly caught and released already and the article I read earlier about all the giant cats migrating south this year where they get 40+
lbers every year, Im guessing this tourney will be huge this year considering they give out $30,000 for the new state record if its caught during the tourney!
Im sure Im not the only one thats seen this stuff!

If you want another guy I might be up for it! Ive been there and fished from shore but it sounds like a blast! Its minimum 2 men in a boat! Itd be one more
guy to split gas with!

hell yea man! my brother wanted me to find some one who has fished there before so yea man! if we get our entry fees in by the 15 of june its only 40 bucks
each instead of 50.....

Im not for sure yet! Its gonna take alot of talking to the wife and a win in Savage probably! Ha ha I'll do everything I can to do it. Sounds like fun!

was wondering were drayton was and mapquest'ed it, 10hrs 47 min, 688 miles and fuel costs $126.00 as 14 mpg towing one way, long freaken ways from Havre.
Mapquest was off on directions thu. good luck to any Montana teams that hit this one

idk maybe i'm readng this wrong or something but the fishing area is only three miles long? that can't be right and with sixty boats thats gonna be
crowded.

I've wondered about that also. I think it might be a little longer than 3 miles total. If you guys are just going to fish 2 man teams the grand forks
league tourney is that same weekend. catfishleague.com

The catfish league tournament would be a much better tourney in my opinion. Harris and I took 4th place in that one a few years back.

hmm well grand forks is closer.....naw I am staying with the rod and reel rally.I've one a lot of research on the drayton area I think I might no what to
expect for fishing in the drayton area and the tourney turn out so I'm stayin with it...
