Had a great day to fish the river, cool in the morning got hotter then heck in the afternoon. Biggest fish was 15.3 down to 1/2 pounders, broke off a huge cat (day before the trip relined all my poles with 25lb test, along with some snells) that fish almost broke the pole out of the rod holder I never made it to it in time. We kept 14 fish biggest 5.3 pounds down to 1.5 pounds, there was 4 guys total and split up the fish at the end of the day. Gramps lost a 10+ pounder at the net. And my buddy Tom landed an 11 pounder. Well get the pics up sometime if I can figure it out. Not a bad day for my spot just, didn't have the monster fish that are normally there in the summer. I'll have to hit it earlier next year for this is the latest I have ever fished this spot. Only fished that one spot got late in the day and the trip home was long. Bugs were out at times, and cut bait worked better then frogs or crawlers. Water level in close to normal for this time of the year, however trees everywere in the river now. All in all good times!!

Top fish is 11pounder, next one down is 15.3pounds, stringer of eaters form the 2nd, and the last one is my buddy Joe's 18.3 landed this spring form bank when we were turkey hunting. He jacked my pole and got that one, oh well I shot the turkey he called in.(it was on his side and he let me shoot it with my bow)
